Sign up to the Benelux Society of Phlebology
Fee 2012
The normal fee is 135 €, including the annual subscription for Phlebology. Using direct bank debit, you get a 10€ reduction.
Trainees, nurses, technicians and retired phlebologists pay only 50 €.
You also become a member of the Union Internationale de Phlébologie (UIP).
As a member you can register for the annual meeting of our society in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg at a reduced registration fee.
After submitting this form you will receive bank transfer data by email from the secretariat.
